Graphic Specialist

YSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphics Specialist to support the program at Fort Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for graphics design, operation, and setup of computer graphic systems for business communications. This role will also involve coordinating graphic production and working closely with other departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and create graphics for business communications under general direction.
- Operate and set up computer graphic systems for various graphic design projects.
- Manage and coordinate graphic production schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with outside contractors to provide additional production support, as necessary.
- Interface with users to determine the scope of the project and recommend the best graphic medium.
- Train personnel in the proper use of computer graphic equipment.
- Troubleshoot graphic equipment issues and perform minor preventive maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 5+ years of experience OR associate degree (AA) with 7+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Strong expertise in graphic design and proficiency with computer graphic systems.
- Experience coordinating and managing graphic projects and working with contractors.
