About the Role

Reporting directly to the founder-owner, you’ll act as the business’s growth engine. Owning every lever that turns clicks into clinks. Think of yourself as both strategist and hands-on operator: planning budgets, hitting ROAS targets, testing new channels, and presenting results in clear P&L language the owner can act on. If you love rapid experimentation, data-driven decisions, and celebrating wins with the team you helped grow you could be a good fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end traffic & revenue funnel – paid media, SEO, referral, and influencer.
  • Plan and execute campaign calendars around key drinking occasions (payday, holidays, local events).
  • Run always-on CRM programs (email, SMS, push) to deepen loyalty and raise AOV.
  • Collaborate with Merch & Ops to craft promos that move inventory without eroding margin.
  • Manage marketplace storefront (Grab, Foodpanda) to ensure price-parity and brand consistency.
  • Track, analyse, and present KPIs weekly; iterate fast on A/B tests and creative refreshes.
  • Brief and manage freelancers / micro-agencies for creative, content, and PR bursts.
  • Maintain rigorous UTM taxonomy and GA4 event tracking to keep data clean.

Who You Are

  • Must have 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven track record hitting revenue, CM, ROAS targets.
  • Fluency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Data Analytics, Shopify (or similar CRM).
  • Comfort with P&L contribution-margin math. You speak COGS and CAC as easily as CTR.
  • Able to show at least two campaigns you designed, launched, and optimized end-to-end.
  • Strong copy instinct plus ability to brief designers or AI tools for creative.
  • Grit, speed, and bias-to-action—willing to jump in on a Saturday flash sale when needed.
  • Able to attend on-site days in Paranaque City

  • You need regular direction to decide what to work on.
  • You cannot point to a specific metric you personally owned and moved in a previous role.
  • You consider retention and CRO someone else's responsibility.
