This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier professional talent with leading enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, resilient relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by a direct correlation between effort and financial reward.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure, allowing driven recruiters to significantly exceed their target earnings in their first year. This is a hybrid role based out of our modern corporate office, offering comprehensive mentorship and hands-on training from industry veterans.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage high-quality candidates through strategic sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and cold outreach.

Own the candidate experience from initial phone screen through interview preparation, feedback loops, and offer negotiation.

Proactively cultivate networks of specialized professionals to meet current and future client hiring demands.

Partner closely with internal Account Managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver ideal talent matches.

Consistently meet and exceed weekly activity metrics (calls, submittals, interviews) aligned with monthly and quarterly placement goals.

Stay sharp on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring market dynamics to act as a trusted advisor to candidates.
Required Qualifications:

0–3 years of professional experience in recruiting, inside sales, account management, customer success, or a competitive, metrics-driven environment.

A positive, competitive mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on goals.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with comfort making high-volume phone calls and conducting video interviews.

Strong time-management capabilities and the ability to balance multiple open priority requisitions simultaneously.

A strong desire to learn, accept feedback, and continuously refine your recruiting craft.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

$45,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission structure (First-year OTE: $75,000 – $90,000+).
