About The Role
As a Guest Relations Officer – Russian Speaking, we rely on you to
- Anticipate and take responsibility for guests' needs,
- Ensure that all guests enjoys the best possible hotel experience,
- Provide help and assistance to all guests.
About You
- Takes pride in being a hotelier,
- Loves to interact with guests and customers,
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English & Russian (local language is a plus),
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions,
- Preferably possesses luxury experience in an international hotel,
- Has strong interpersonal skills.
