Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yogyakarta for a Guest Relations Officer. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and managing receptionist duties such as reservations and guest check-ins. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere, building rapport with clientele, and coordinating between guests and dining staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all patrons
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle a variety of guest interactions effectively and professionally
- Experience in performing Receptionist Duties, including managing reservations and greeting guests
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is highly preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality or fine dining industry is a plus
