Founded by renowned bartender Yutaka Nakashima, Segno brings a refined yet unpretentious cocktail culture to Bali, combining Japanese craftsmanship with local ingredients and bespoke creations.
We are looking for a Head Bartender who can lead the bar with confidence, creativity, and discipline.
What you will do:
• Lead daily bar operations and maintain service excellence
• Create, refine, and execute cocktails with consistency
• Develop bespoke drinks based on guest preferences
• Train, mentor, and motivate the bar team
• Manage stock, inventory, hygiene, and bar standards
• Work closely with the floor team to deliver memorable guest experiences
What we are looking for:
• Strong experience in cocktails, spirits, and mixology
• Previous experience as Head Bartender or senior bartender
• Confident in leading a team and managing high-pressure service
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and guest interaction
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, polished, and positive attitude
Location: Segno Bali, Batu Bolong, Canggu
Position: Full-time, on-site
