Role Description The Head of Brand is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, responsible for shaping and advancing Kunyo.co’s brand vision and identity across all channels. This role oversees the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards across digital platforms, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. The Head of Brand will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to create integrated brand initiatives that drive awareness, loyalty, and growth in the gaming and gift card segments. Day-to-day tasks include leading brand planning, managing brand guidelines, supervising creative assets, monitoring brand performance metrics, and coordinating with external agencies and partners. The role also involves overseeing public relations activities, brand storytelling, and reputation management to reinforce Kunyo.co’s position as a trusted online retailer.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to define, evolve, and safeguard Kunyo.co’s brand identity.
- Proficiency in Brand Marketing and Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Experience in Public Relations to manage media outreach, brand communications, and reputation-building initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience, ideally within gaming or consumer tech sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling brand narratives.
- Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with brand performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
