Job Description
As the first dedicated growth hire, you will build the demand generation engine for a platform processing billions of requests for leaders like HuggingFace. You'll bridge the gap between GTM engineering and performance marketing, architecting automated lead systems and high-converting developer campaigns to define a new category of cloud computing.

What You Will Do
- Architect and scale lead generation systems using AI-driven tools like Clay, n8n, and LLMs to reach the top 1% of AI startups.
- Launch and iterate on multi-channel paid and organic campaigns, rigorously tracking attribution and performance to drive developer sign-ups.
- Collaborate directly with founders to craft compelling human-centric messaging for agentic infrastructure that resonates with technical ICPs.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of experience driving measurable growth at a cloud, platform, or developer-focused infrastructure company, ideally in a founding growth capacity.
- Expert in building automated outbound pipelines and stitching together low-code/no-code stacks with advanced LLM agents.
- Highly analytical execution machine with a bias for rapid experimentation and the ability to write high-quality copy for technical audiences.
