Inspekly, our strategic SaaS product, is a preventive maintenance platform leveraging XR, AI, and indoor navigation. Designed for facility management across restaurants, franchises, commercial buildings, and factories, Inspekly digitizes industrial procedures and enables high-fidelity Digital Twins to streamline maintenance, training, and operational inspections.
The Role
As Head of Inspekly, you will bridge technical engineering, creative excellence, and market expansion. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure Inspekly remains a global reference in industrial AR/MR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account B2B Sales & CRM Management: Drive high-level B2B sales cycles targeting major accounts. Manage the full sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity and seamless team collaboration.
- Product Performance & Financial KPIs: Define, monitor, and report on financial and performance indicators tied to product growth and development efficiency. Ensure rigorous ROI tracking for new features.
- Project Orchestration (Agile): Lead development cycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring fluid communication between design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage projected budgets (budget prévisionnel) for platform expansion and large-scale client projects.
- Custom Solution Design & Quoting: Craft tailored quotations (devis sur mesure) for the unique XR and Digital Twin requirements of each client.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI to analyze product usage and market trends, and propose reasoned, data-backed improvements to the application suite.
- Public Speaking & Presentation: Deliver impactful presentations and pitch decks to international clients, C-level executives, and at industry conferences.
- Artistic Direction & XR Leadership: Act as the guardian of Inspekly's visual identity (UI/UX) and supervise technical XR development (AR/VR/MR) in Unity/C#.
Candidate Requirements
Education
M.S. in Computer Science specialized in XR (Extended Reality), or equivalent.
Experience
Proven track record leading XR development projects under Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles.
Technical Mastery
- Workflow & Management: Expert knowledge of real-time 3D application workflows and mastery of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Version Control: Full command of GitHub for code versioning, review, and repository management.
- Engine & Code: Expertise in Unity Engine and C# architecture for XR applications, and PlayCanvas for WebGL.
- Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- 3D Assets: Professional skills in 3D modeling (3ds Max, Blender) and PBR texturing (Substance Painter).
- Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Outlook, Teams) for reporting, data analysis, and collaboration.
- CRM & Data: Mastery of HubSpot CRM, with the ability to extract and analyze financial and performance KPIs.
- AI Literacy: Confident use of AI tools (LLMs, generative tools), with an understanding of their logic to drive product improvements and operational efficiency.
Languages
- English: Fluent (mandatory for Hong Kong and international markets).
- French: Native or near-native level (mandatory) to lead European business coordination and technical partnerships.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional oral communication, charismatic storytelling, and strong business rigor.
Adaptability
- Ability to drive high-stakes projects both on-site in Hong Kong and in fully remote environments.
