At The Cobbler, we are entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a highly capable operational leader to take ownership of our atelier production environment.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in high-volume operations, people leadership, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.
Based in Dubai and reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Production will lead atelier operations across planning, production flow, manpower optimisation, operational discipline, Lean initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
What we are looking for:
• 8–12 years of experience in production, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environments
• Strong experience managing large teams and fluctuating operational volumes
• Hands-on understanding of Lean principles, Kaizen, and operational KPIs
• A structured and analytical leader who can build systems, improve efficiency, and develop autonomous teams
• Someone resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
