About PopAI
PopAI is a GenAI-first products and solutions company. Born in the Philippines,
headquartered in Hong Kong, and supported by a global team of 50+ people, we build AI
solutions that make companies’ operations radically more efficient and partner with leading technology companies to deliver additional value.
Our go-to-market covers: (i) intra-group use cases; (ii) select direct sales to BPOs and
enterprises; and (iii) sell-through to end customers via channels such as BPO partners,
consultancies, and systems integrators.
The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Sales to own revenue growth across direct and indirect channels, build a high-performance commercial engine, and position PopAI among the fastest-growing AI companies in Asia. You’ll set GTM strategy, lead the field & inside sales orgs, develop partner ecosystems, and drive pricing/margin discipline—backed by rigorous forecasting and CRM hygiene.
What You’ll Do
Revenue & GTM Leadership
- Own new ARR/bookings, NRR/expansion, and gross margin targets across SMB and enterprise.
- Craft and execute multi-channel GTM (direct BPO, partner-led via SIs/consultancies, co-sell with BPOs to their end clients, and select direct enterprise).
- Build/scale a quota-carrying sales org, SDR/BDR motion, partner management, and account management for expansions.
Pipeline, Forecasting & Operating Rhythm
- Establish a forecast-accurate operating cadence (weekly funnel reviews, commit calls, quarterly planning).
- Enforce CRM-first discipline (stages, probability, next steps, notes) and instrument dashboards for weekly reporting (pipeline coverage, win rate, cycle time, ASP, discount/margin).
Pricing, Packaging & Commercial Ops
- Define/prioritise with the CPO commercial models (subscription, consumption/interaction, agent-minute, per-workflow), with discount guardrails and approvals.
Channels & Partnerships
- Recruit and manage BPO, SI, and consultancy partners; drive sourced and influenced revenue, certifications, and enablement.
Key Accounts & Expansion
- Personally lead strategic pursuits; coach teams on multi-threading, value selling, and executive storytelling.
- Drive expansion playbooks (adoption → upsell → cross-sell) with clear success plans per Account.
Product Feedback Loop
- Turn demand signals from customers/partners into a quantified backlog for the CPO/Head of AI (what to productise next, by segment/vertical).
- Align commercial priorities with roadmap; ensure launch readiness (positioning, pricing, SLAs, enablement).
Team, Culture & Enablement
- Hire, goal, and develop A-players; implement onboarding, playbooks, and continuous coaching.
- Build a transparent, data-driven, high-ownership sales culture.
What You’ve Done (Must-Haves)
- 10–15+ years in B2B tech/SaaS/services with 5+ years owning revenue targets; proven success scaling from early to high growth in Asia (PH experience a plus).
- Deep command of full-cycle enterprise sales and SMB velocity motions; can run both direct and partner GTM.
- Hands-on with CRMs and sales analytics; weekly cadence and forecast accuracy are second nature.
- Comfortable selling AI-enabled products/agents or adjacent automation/analytics platforms; can translate technical value into commercial outcomes.
- Builds teams: hiring, territories/quotas, comp plans, partner programs, and enablement at pace.
- Track record of price/margin discipline and negotiating MSAs/SOWs with SLAs alongside finance/legal.
Nice-to-Haves
- Sold into BPOs / IT-BPM or via SI/consultancy channels.
- Experience with white-label and consumption-based pricing.
- Exposure to multi-country commercial leadership across SEA/Middle East.

- Pipeline coverage (≥3–4×), win rate, sales cycle, ASP
- Gross margin / discount discipline; attach & expansion rates
- Partner-sourced/influenced revenue; partner productivity
