As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of our End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain operations.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Many supply chain professionals spend years managing only one part of the value chain.
At LERVIG, you'll own the entire flow.
This is a newly established position where you'll be responsible for building, developing, and optimizing an End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain spanning forecasting, planning, procurement, inventory management, production scheduling, and international logistics.
You won't be reporting through multiple layers of management or operating within rigid corporate structures. Instead, you'll work directly with the CEO, CFO, and Head Brewer to create scalable systems, improve performance, and support our continued international growth.

YOUR MISSION
Build and continuously improve a world-class, data-driven End-to-End Supply Chain that ensures LERVIG products reach customers fresher, faster, and more profitably across Norway and international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Own the demand planning and forecasting process
- Balance sales forecasts against brewery capacity
- Optimize production scheduling across brewing, fermentation, and packaging
- Lead and develop the S&OP process
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage sourcing of malt, hops, packaging materials, and other critical inputs
- Develop supplier relationships and negotiate agreements
- Ensure supply security, cost competitiveness, and resilience
Inventory & Working Capital Management
- Optimize inventory levels across raw materials and finished goods
- Improve service levels and reduce waste
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs
Logistics & Export Operations
- Manage domestic and international distribution
- Coordinate logistics providers and distributor relationships
- Oversee customs, export documentation, and international shipping activities
Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive system and process improvements across the supply chain
- Leverage ERP platforms, business intelligence, automation, and modern planning tools
- Support implementation of AI-enabled forecasting and planning capabilities
- Help shape the future digital supply chain infrastructure at LERVIG
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience within Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Operations, or Procurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools
- Professional proficiency in English
Preferred
- Experience from FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Logistics
- Experience with S&OP and production planning
- Experience with ERP systems such as Visma, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Oracle, or similar
- Strong interest in data analytics, automation, and AI-driven planning solutions
- Scandinavian language skills
