Position: HID Events Coordinator Role
Seeking a detail-oriented Events Coordinator to elevate HID’s events, including trade shows and webinars. Harness your planning skills to drive impactful experiences and support business objectives.
As part of the marketing team reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will oversee all event planning and execution. Your strong organizational and vendor management skills will help create memorable experiences while aligning with brand standards and fostering stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute diverse events from conception to completion
• Manage venue selection, logistics, and vendor relationships
• Develop event budgets, timelines, and project plans
• Coordinate all communications related to events
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve future events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 2-4 years of event planning experience
• Proven success in managing corporate events
• Experience with event management software
• Strong communication and project management skills
