Role Description The Homemaker role is a full-time, on-site position based at the PAF IAST campus in Harīpur. The Homemaker will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized residential or campus-related living environment, including routine cleaning, tidying, laundry, and basic household upkeep. Daily tasks may include preparing simple meals or assisting with meal arrangements, managing household supplies, and coordinating with maintenance or support staff when needed. The role involves following institutional guidelines for hygiene and safety, supporting the comfort and well-being of residents or staff, and ensuring that common areas and living spaces meet established standards. The Homemaker is expected to work collaboratively with other team members, respond to day-to-day needs, and manage time effectively to complete assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in general housekeeping, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining living spaces.
- Candidates should possess basic skills in meal preparation or assistance with food service, with attention to hygiene and dietary guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in laundry care, garment handling, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, reliability, and the ability to follow schedules and instructions consistently.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, including respectful communication, teamwork, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills are beneficial for following guidelines, labels, and simple record-keeping.
