Recently named Best Italian Restaurant in Orange, Da Bianca Trattoria would love to welcome you to our team! We are family restaurant celebrating 36 years in Orange. Having just received a full liquor license, we are in need of a bartender to mix drinks in a small space and help seat guests as well. The position pays minimum wage plus tips. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop multiple hospitality skills in a lively, fast-paced setting. Requirements: Must be 21+ years old and able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently using restaurant table seating software- Open Table
- Handle restaurant reservation management with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring all bookings are properly recorded and communicated.
- Mix craft cocktails, spritzes, and other drinks following a menu guide.
- Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about reservations, wait times, or general inquiries.
- Support food safety protocols by adhering to hygiene standards and assisting with basic food handling when needed.
Skills
- Experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with mixing drinks is desired.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management in person and on the phone
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation management system, Open Table is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
