Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and people-driven HR Officer – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to support Louisa Coffee Cambodia's most important asset: our people. In this role, you will own the end-to-end hiring process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding the baristas, store supervisors, and corporate team members who bring our brand to life every day.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for store-level and corporate roles, from job posting to offer letter.
  • Write clear, engaging job descriptions tailored to each role and publish them across relevant platforms (job boards, social media, university networks, referrals).
  • Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, Telegram job groups, campus recruitment drives, and walk-in hiring events.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial phone or in-person interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for panel interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for high-volume roles such as baristas, shift leaders, and store supervisors to support ongoing store expansion.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates, and share regular updates with the HR Manager.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including document collection, background checks, and contract preparation.
  • Organize onboarding schedules and orientation sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth first-day experience.
  • Work with store managers and training teams to align onboarding plans with role-specific induction programs.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, databases, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Assist in ensuring hiring practices comply with Cambodian Labour Law, including proper documentation and contract types.
  • Support the broader HR team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a people operations role (F&B, retail, or hospitality experience is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with Cambodian Labour Law and standard local hiring practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English; Khmer is required for day-to-day candidate and team communication.
