Technical Role
- Update and improve the QHSE manual and process mapping according to the regulation’s standards, customer expectations and others interested parties.
- Responsible to conduct IMS (QHSE) audits and assist in training /guidance to internal auditors
- Carry out functional audits of various plant processes as requested by the IMS Manager or QHSE Director
- Carry out Surveillance audits of various plant processes as requested by the IMS Manager or QHSE Director
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and a thorough investigation for major Non – Conformances
- Organize and maintain audit findings and corrective action
- Responsible to coordinate Customer Audit, Quality system certification & product licensing compliance (API Monogram, Pressure Vessel, etc.) and follow up on all noncompliance raised.
- Ensure that the corporate documented information system is used and up-to-date and becomes part of the approval process.
- Custodian of the global document management system.
- Custodian of corporate Management of Change process and database.
- Custodian of corporate Lesson Learned process and database.
- Monitor and follow up on QHSE KPI & performance Measurement
- Monitor and follow up the process owner to identify process risk and opportunities
- Initiate and prepare Minutes of Meeting of the management review and follow up improvement plan execution
- Analyse feedback from customers (and other interested parties) to assess whether their requirements are met.
- Brief/train all personnel on the IMS Awareness
Non-Routine Task
- When required carry out vendor appraisal in accordance with Company procedures.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Certified CQI IRCA Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
- Certified Internal Auditor from reputable Training Organization / Certification Body for management system standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
- Minimum of ≥ 5 years’ experience in integrated management system in an ISO certified company
- Eye for detail and a results driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
- Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
- Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
- Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
- Willing to be placed at Batam
