Position: In-House Graphic Designer at 7-Eleven

In this full-time role, you will be integral to the Creative Services team, transforming marketing briefs into eye-catching designs for both digital and print formats. Your work will connect emotionally with a diverse audience, ensuring consistency and innovation within the brand. Engage with key marketing teams to deliver high-quality designs efficiently, all while meeting the evolving demands of retail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create dynamic graphic designs for varied media formats
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams effectively
• Support the development of in-store and digital promotional content
• Manage and curate the digital asset management system
• Participate in creative critique sessions for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
• Minimum four years of experience in design, preferably in retail
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in various design channels
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential
