Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.
About The Role
As an In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will be an essential part of creating memorable in-room dining experiences that feel personalized, heartfelt, and effortless. You will support the daily operations of the In-Room Dining team, ensuring accuracy, warm communication, and the thoughtful touches that elevate a guest’s stay. This role is part of our Food & Beverage division and reports to the In-Room Dining Manager.
What You Will Do
- Offer a warm, professional, and caring tone on every call while accurately processing guest orders.
- Share engaging descriptions of our food and beverage offerings, bringing each dish and drink to life through flavor, story, and craft.
- Enter and verify orders in the point-of-sale system and communicate clearly with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support timely delivery to guestrooms, ensuring each order is presented with the quality and care Four Seasons is known for.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and take ownership of ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee amenity orders, from preparation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and a seamless guest experience.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in Room Service or a similar luxury hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- A warm, guest-first mindset paired with integrity and a collaborative spirit.
