What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Execute end-to-end influencer and retail marketing campaigns.
- Build, onboard, and manage influencer and creator relationships.
- Plan and coordinate retail content shoots across stores and on-ground activations.
- Lead visual storytelling with strong knowledge of camera angles, lighting, framing, and shot composition.
- Provide creative direction during shoots to ensure premium-quality content.
- Coordinate with production teams, creators, and retail partners for seamless execution.
- Negotiate commercials and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Track campaign performance and share actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and client servicing teams.
