Location: Remote (Must be local to Irwindale, CA; occasional onsite support may be required)
Pay Rate: $30–39.39/hr.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end training program activities, including needs assessment, curriculum development, pilot programs, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop engaging blended learning solutions using eLearning and instructional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Captivate, Presenter, Engage, Quizmaker, SnagIt, and web conferencing platforms.
- Collaborate with SMEs and senior stakeholders to create clear, effective technical and non-technical training materials.
- Provide operational and logistical support for training initiatives and learning programs.
- Prepare, organize, edit, and maintain course content while ensuring compliance with corporate and security standards.
- Design job task analysis-based training content and on-the-job performance assessments.
- Leverage learning technologies to support rapid course development and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing instructional content and performance-based training programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing craft apprenticeship programs with hands-on/OJT (On-the-Job Training) components.
