FORMAS.AI is an AI-powered design platform built specifically for architects, interior designers, and real estate teams, helping them move from early ideas to production-grade visual outputs with greater speed, control, and precision than traditional workflows allow.
Our platform orchestrates multiple frontier AI models across image, video, 3D, spatial ideation, and design workflows. Unlike generic AI tools, Formas is built ground-up for a specific and demanding user.

THE ROLE & YOUR IMPACT
Help bring the FORMAS.AI brand to life across everything we make. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you’ll design and produce visual content (social posts, ad creatives, brand assets, decks, and video), taking work from rough direction to polished, on-brand results.
This is a craft-first, hands-on role. You’ll execute across formats and platforms, learn fast, and stretch your range, using AI tools to produce more and produce it faster. As you grow, so does your ownership of the work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visual Design & Production. Design and produce on-brand visual content across formats (social posts, ad creatives, brand graphics, decks, and in-house collateral), using design tools and AI.
- Content Across Platforms. Take work from concept and direction through to finished asset, from polished brand pieces to quick, social-first posts and video.
- Generate Ideas. Come up with creative concepts and angles independently, and help shape campaigns alongside the Creative Lead.
- Work Independently. Explore, problem-solve, and work through obstacles on your own without hand-holding, and show output fast.
- Copy When Needed. Shape simple copy for social and ad formats when the work calls for it. You don’t need to be a copywriter, just know what good sounds like and use AI to help.
- AI-First or Assisted Workflows. Use AI as a core part of how you design and produce: image generation, editing, ideation, and speed.
SKILLS & TOOLS
You don’t need to check every box. We value a clear set of strengths and a portfolio that moves the work forward.
- Strong Visual Craft. This is the most important thing. A real eye for design, layout, type, and composition, shown through your portfolio.
- Design / Art Background. Around 1–4 years in design, art direction, motion, or a related creative field (agency, in-house, or freelance). Or a portfolio that speaks for itself.
- Tool Fluency. Comfortable with design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva, CapCut) and open to AI-native creative tools.
- Social-Aware. You understand social platforms natively: formats, pacing, and what stops a scroll.
- Video / Motion. Video editing and/or motion graphics is key to this role. You’re comfortable producing and editing video and motion content.
- Self-Starting & Coachable. You manage your own output, take direction well, and want to grow your craft fast.
- AI-Native Mindset. You’re encouraged to independently explore and test different AI tools to reach the outcome we want (across image, video, editing, and workflow), and to push what’s possible.
