About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented In-House Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of the Louisa Coffee store environments in Cambodia. You will be responsible for translating the Louisa brand identity into compelling, functional retail spaces, ensuring every location reflects our commitment to quality, warmth, and the art of specialty coffee.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that touches concept development, vendor coordination, site management, and brand stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
Store Design & Concept Development
- Develop interior design concepts for new store openings, renovations, and pop-up activations that align with Louisa Coffee's brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
- Produce full design deliverables, including space planning, floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, material boards, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications.
- Adapt global brand design standards to suit local market preferences, building conditions, and regulatory requirements in Cambodia.
- Manage the full design lifecycle from initial brief through construction completion and final handover.
- Coordinate with landlords, contractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of interior design experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or hospitality environments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and at least one 3D rendering tool (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong English communication skills; Khmer proficiency is a MUST.
