Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Maadi for an Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Specialist. The role involves designing and implementing impactful internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating press releases and internal communications, managing strategic communications initiatives, coordinating employee engagement activities, and overseeing projects that enhance internal organizational culture and alignment. The specialist will also craft and ensure consistent messaging across diverse internal platforms and channels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Press Releases and Writing to create engaging content for internal and external communications.
- Proficiency in Communication and Strategic Communications to design and execute impactful messaging and foster a unified workplace culture.
- Experience in Project Management to oversee and implement internal initiatives effectively.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a similar role is highly desirable.
