We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and skilled trades positions.
• Proactively source and screen candidates for technical, service, cleaning, and craft roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate availability, motivation, and fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
What You'll Need
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a coordination-focused role.
• Enjoy engaging directly with candidates via phone and direct communication.
• Possess strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work at a fast pace.
• Demonstrate a structured approach to managing high volumes of applications.
• Excellent written and verbal German language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; prior ATS experience is a plus.
