🧩 What You'll Do (Job Description)
- AI-Powered R&D Training
- Actively participate in group-level R&D training programs. Master Claude Code and other AI-driven development tools to leverage AI for automated programming, intelligent code analysis, and efficient debugging from day one.
- Cross-Stack Expansion with AI Enablement
- Break through traditional single-stack limitations. Use AI tools as learning accelerators to rapidly acquire multi-dimensional stacks—such as Android + iOS dual-platform development or Backend + Android integration.
- AI-Assisted Prototype Development
- Independently or collaboratively develop 1 to N product prototypes based on real business requirements. Utilize AI to accelerate coding and validate business logic, ensuring each prototype delivers an end-to-end functionality with a clear user journey.
- Project Pitch & Internal Placement
- Actively pitch your prototype and technical solutions to project teams across the Group. Demonstrate the value of your ideas to secure a spot in a formal project team, where you will continue developing your solution into a production-ready product.
🎯 What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Education: Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Programming Foundation: Solid understanding of at least one mainstream language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go). Familiarity with both front-end and back-end concepts is a plus.
- Technical Curiosity: Passionate about learning new technologies; eager to explore both client-side and server-side development.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and debugging skills; able to break down complex problems and propose efficient solutions.
- Communication & Teamwork: Good interpersonal skills; able to communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin (to collaborate with global R&D teams).
