What you'll actually be doing

Community

  • Build and run our user communities — Facebook Groups, Discord, IG.
  • Be visible. Reply to users. Start conversations. Make people feel heard
  • Spot power users and turn them into community advocates
  • Run community events, challenges and UGC campaigns that get people making and sharing
  • Feed community insights back to product, marketing, and content teams — you're the closest person to the user
  • Measure and improve: engagement rate, active members, gain followers

Media & PR

  • Support senior brand manager to manage the relationships with tech, design, craft, and maker media
  • Get eufyMake E1 into the right hands for reviews — not just big tech outlets, but niche publications that makers and small business actually read
  • Draft and pitch press materials, coordinate product loans, invite media to events
  • Track coverage, sentiment, and share of voice vs competitors
  • Build a media contact database with real notes on who covers what — and keep it current

Influencer & Creator

  • Identify, outreach, and maintain relationships with creators whose audience is makers, crafters, small business owners
  • Manage the end-to-end creator workflow: brief → product loan → content review → publish → performance tracking
  • Work with the Senior Brand Manager to spot candidates for the long-term ambassador programme — not one-off sponsored posts
  • Track and report on creator content performance (reach, engagement, referral traffic, conversions)

Offline Events

  • Plan and execute eufyMake's presence at craft shows, maker faires, design weeks, and trade events across UK and Spain
  • Handle event logistics end-to-end: registration, booth/production, product samples, collateral, staffing, shipping, budget
  • Identify and book panel spots and workshop opportunities — we want to be on stage, not just behind a booth
  • Run smaller local community meetups and maker workshops between major events
  • Post-event: follow up leads, measure ROI, document learnings

What we're looking for

Must-have:

  • 1 years in brand marketing, community management, PR, influencer marketing, or events — real experience in at least two
  • Experience running social/community channels — with examples
  • Comfortable with event logistics — you've planned something real, even if small
  • Self-organised — good at managing projects.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience/interested in maker, craft, 3D printing, or creative tools space
