Company Description
CuddlesMeow is a growing direct-to-consumer cat product brand selling to customers across the US and worldwide.
We’re looking for a highly creative and proactive Junior Creative Strategist to support our creative team in developing high-performing Meta ad concepts for our products.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Executive to research trends, generate ad ideas, write hooks/scripts, organize creative testing, and help scale winning ads. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, direct response advertising, and wants to grow deeply in e-commerce creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in generating at least 15 ad scripts/concepts per week for Meta ads
- Research competitors, consumer behavior, comments, reviews, and viral trends
- Support script writing and creative brief preparation for editors and designers
- Help organize ad testing pipelines, creative statuses, and performance learnings
- Identify patterns from winning creatives and suggest new iterations
- Source references, UGC inspiration, and competitor ads
- Participate in weekly creative brainstorm and ad review sessions
- Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad performance continuously
You Must Have
- Strong interest in e-commerce, Meta ads, and direct response marketing
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Understanding of hooks, ad angles, and social media trends
- Experience writing ad scripts or hooks
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to research and think creatively
- Fast learner with strong initiative and curiosity
Bonus Points
- Experience creating or analyzing Meta/TikTok ads
- Experience with e-commerce brands
- Understanding of viral short-form content
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic image editing tools
