About the Role F&P Media is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-house role where you’ll work directly under our Creative Director to support design and content creation across our media brands. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling and eager to grow your skills in a fast-moving media environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Create visual assets and graphics for digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Collaborate with the Creative Director and production team on ongoing content campaigns
Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
Bonus Skills (Big Plus If You Have These!)
Video editing experience using Premiere Pro for social media, You Tube, and other platforms
Familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics – willingness to learn is welcomed
Comfortable assisting with production setup, equipment prep, and on-set support during shoots
Knowledge of print production standards and how to prepare high-quality files for commercial printing
Familiarity with social media platform design specs and sizing requirements across major platforms
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong eye for design, composition, and visual consistency
Team-first mindset with the ability to think independently, take initiative, and stay proactive
Portfolio or sample work required

Physical Requirements:
Position may require prolonged standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
