Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Designer to support our sports marketing team by creating dynamic sales propositions and communication materials.
Core Responsibilities
- Creation and development of visual assets and sales propositions, including generic rights holder and brand presentations.
- Develop customised partnership pitch presentations for major right‑sholders such as Team GB and Paralympics GB.
- Support concept development and storytelling by interpreting brand identities and translating complex information into clear visual content.
- Ensure consistency in visual messaging across all presentation materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).
- Experience with AI platforms such as Midjourney, DALL‑E, and other generative tools.
- High level of proficiency in typography, layout design and creating compelling visual hierarchies.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and colleagues globally.
