What will you do?
Paid-affiliate Management:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard brand long term to medium paid affiliates, including celebrities and KOLs, who align with the brand’s goals
- Set direction on KOL pools for adhoc and one-time engagement affiliates
- Maintain strong relationships with paid affiliates to foster long-term partnerships
Content Strategy and Ideation
- Develop monthly and quarterly affiliate marketing strategies for each of the company’s brands that align with its objectives
- Oversee and ensure well-translated strategy in affiliate content briefs, collaborating with the brand teams to craft engaging and converting content that aligns with both our strategy, and goals of either brand love or sales generation
- Coordinate closely with affiliates and their managers into ensuring timely and correct execution of their content deliverables
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of affiliate campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and according to the plan. Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments as needed
- Report monthly performance of affiliates and explain drivers of sales and engagement, or lack thereof
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future affiliate campaigns
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Business, expertise in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
- Strong and agile mindset when it comes to driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Has superior relationship-building skills needed to form strong partnerships with internal teams and with retail account managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Collaborative to work with teammates to achieve organization goals.
- Up to date with the trends and news relating to beauty.
- Previous experience handling eCommerce Seller Centers is a plus.
