We are looking for a data-driven junior product manager!
Persona.ly is a global company developing machine-learning models to predict user behavior in mobile apps.
We work with some of the top apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals across different markets, including South Korea, Japan, China, the US and more.
Our models process over 4 million real-time transactions per second
and utilize more than 70 data points.
We are looking for a data-focused junior product manager to join our product team at our HQ
in the Science Park of Rehovot (fully onsite).
We are not focusing on how many years you’ve spent in a specific role, but on how you solve problems, how you treat data, and your drive to excel.
This is a role for someone who is at the very beginning of their product career but has already spent time and dedication proving they can master complex challenges.
You’re the right fit if you have a track record of pushing yourself further than most,
If data is a second Language and you’re comfortable with numbers and have a natural curiosity for what they reveal, and you’re a truly fast learner.
You'll analyze large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that directly impact product decisions. You'll work outbound with partners and inbound with our R&D team, and you will dive deep into conversion funnels, attribution data, and user behavior patterns to drive measurable improvements in our products.
The must-have checklist:
- A graduate of a data-oriented degree or a veteran of an elite army unit.
- Analytical Mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex information and quickly learn a complex ML-based RTB platform
- Excellence as a habit: A track record of high achievement in previous frameworks with
long-term commitment and dedication (competitive sports, significant volunteering,
mastering a complex craft, etc)
- Affinity for mobile Gaming/ Mobile apps
