Some Of Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Product Manager in overseeing the end-to-end development of mobile and web applications.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution and clear communication of project goals.
- Monitor app performance and quality by tracking KPIs, analyzing ratings and reviews, and reporting issues or improvement opportunities.
- Document and track A/B tests, ensuring proper setup and accurate data collection.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and user reviews on the App Store and Google Play, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Assist in translating in-app materials (feature descriptions, user guides) to make content accessible to a global audience.
- Research industry trends and provide insights to support future app development.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a strong academic background.
- Motivated and passionate about digital products.
- Eager to learn the processes and challenges of developing applications.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to take initiative and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interested in building a career in product management or digital technology.
