Job Description
THE ROLE
The Junior Campaign Project Manager (CPM) supports the end-to-end management of ecommerce and digital campaigns, working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth project execution from brief reception to final delivery.
Under the guidance of a Brand Lead, the Junior CPM helps coordinate cross-functional teams including production, transcreation, QA and syndication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with quality standards.
This role is focused on learning and developing project management skills within ecommerce campaigns (including Amazon and marketplaces), supporting asset creation, localization and delivery across multiple markets while ensuring operational consistency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital and ecommerce campaigns, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across markets, languages and channels.
- Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for internal teams, and support client communication when required
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (production, transcreation, QA, syndication) to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Review project briefs and proactively identify missing or unclear information, seeking clarification when needed.
- Monitor timelines, dependencies and deliverables, proactively flagging risks or delays and seeking support when needed.
- Manage project scope and priorities, adapting to changes with guidance from the Brand Lead when required.
- Maintain project documentation and workflow tools, ensuring data accuracy (SLAs, timelines, asset details).
- Prepare and update project trackers, status reports and support alignment meetings.
- Coordinate localization and adaptation workflows across markets.
- Oversee the creation and adaptation of ecommerce and digital assets (PDPs, Amazon content, newsletters, social media), ensuring alignment with guidelines.
- Ensure deliverables comply with defined processes, platform requirements and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure assets meet brand and production requirements before delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned campaigns, ensuring successful delivery end-to-end with support when needed.
- Contribute to identifying process improvements and efficiency opportunities within the team
REQUIEREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, digital production or similar roles.
- Basic understanding of digital production, ecommerce or localization processes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and follow structured processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
DESIRED SKILLS
- Exposure to ecommerce or marketplace environments (Amazon is a plus).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Orchestra, Teams, Trello, etc.).
- Interest in digital marketing or content production.
- Experience in fast-paced environments (agency or similar).
- Additional European languages are a plus.
