Job Description
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive who will report to the Trade Marketing Manager, based in New Delhi.
Your Mission
The Trade Marketing Executive will drive execution of trade marketing initiatives across the North & East region, ensuring strong in-store visibility, retail excellence, and brand consistency for Kering Eyewear brands. The role involves close coordination with sales teams, retail partners, and vendors to enhance consumer experience and support business growth.
How you will contribute
1. Trade Marketing Execution

Execute annual trade marketing calendar across key accounts and independent opticians doors.

Ensure timely rollout of BTL campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Coordinate with global/regional teams for asset adaptation and deployment.
2. Visual Merchandising & Retail Excellence

Implement VM guidelines across stores and ensure brand compliance.

Manage window displays, in-store branding, permanent fixture installation, and POP installations.

Conduct regular store audits and share actionable insights.
3. Retail Activation & Launches

Plan and execute in-store activations, product launches, and customer events.

Support roadshows and trunk shows across the region.

Coordinate with PR for integrated brand activations.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with vendors for production, fabrication, and installation of VM elements.

Ensure cost efficiency, timelines, and quality control.

Work closely with internal sales teams and retail partners.
5. Budget Management

Track and manage trade marketing budgets for the region

Optimise spend allocation and maximise ROI
-
Process invoices and maintain documentation for compliance
6. Reporting & Analysis

Track performance of trade marketing initiatives across the region and maintain timely reports

Monitor sell-out, productivity per door, and campaign effectiveness

Share periodic reports with internal stakeholders and departments
Who you are
-
2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Retail Marketing (luxury or premium preferred)

Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising
-
Experience in managing multi-city execution and vendor coordination

Good analytical and project management skills

Willingness to travel extensively across North & East India
