We’re looking for a performance-driven Klaviyo expert to take full ownership of our email marketing clients and turn it into their major revenue driver.
If you love lifecycle marketing, obsess over data and know how to turn flows + campaigns into predictable revenue, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, build, and execute high-performing email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Create and optimize automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and revenue
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including testing and scheduling
- Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue) and optimize results
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, CTAs and timing
- Ensure strong deliverability, list hygiene and compliance
- Collaborate with design team and clients to align campaigns with brand goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of email marketing experience (preferably eCommerce/DTC)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Klaviyo (campaigns + automation flows)
- Proven ability to drive email revenue and customer retention
- Good understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing and personalization
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Fast execution with excellent communication skills
