KLAVIYO TECHNICIAN WANTED: $1.5k–$2k monthly
Contractual half time (hopefully full time soon) 100% Remote Klaviyo ONLY
We're scaling fast, and we need a sharp technician who lives inside the Klaviyo dashboard. This is NOT a strategy role — this is for someone who loves execution, gets a dopamine hit from a perfectly built campaign, and can ship clean work at speed.
Oh, and we're offering $250 if you refer the person we hire.
What We're Looking For
✅ Exceptional English skills (writing + communication with the team)
✅ 1+ years of hands-on Klaviyo execution experience
✅ Agency experience is a big plus, you should be comfortable juggling 8+ client accounts
✅ Fluent in Klaviyo: campaigns, flows, segments, templates, A/B tests, tagging, UTMs
✅ Reporting & analytics proficiency — you can pull a campaign/flow report, spot what's working, and flag what isn't
✅ Obsessive attention to detail (broken links, misaligned buttons, and wrong merge tags haunt you)
✅ Ability to follow SOPs precisely and flag issues before they become problems
What You'll Actually Do 🛠️ Build and schedule campaigns inside Klaviyo from approved briefs 🛠️ Build, QA, and maintain automated flows 🛠️ Manage segmentation and audience targeting 🛠️ Pull weekly/monthly reports on campaign + flow performance 🛠️ QA every send before it goes out (we have a zero-typo policy)
What We Don't Care About ❌ Degrees or fancy certificates ❌ Your age or where you're based ❌ Whether you can "do strategy" — we have strategists. We need a technician.
