SICKSCIENCE IS HIRING: CREATIVE DIRECTOR
We're a scientist-led biotech beauty brand redefining skincare through molecular science and exosome technology and we're scaling fast. As we launch into major US retailers (including Ulta Beauty), we're looking for a Creative Director who doesn't just run campaigns. Someone who builds worlds.
This is a high-ownership, founder-facing role where your creative vision shapes everything — from TikTok to retail shelves.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
→ Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Lead the full creative direction for all organic and paid social. Build a visual language that educates, converts, and earns cult status. Own the science-meets-beauty balance that makes SickScience unlike anything else in prestige skincare.
→ Amazon
Design and oversee all Amazon storefront and A+ content — listings, comparison modules, brand story. Translate clinical credibility into click-driving visuals that convert at scale.
→ Ulta Beauty & Retail
Create in-store and digital retail assets for Ulta and future specialty retail partners. Gondola graphics, endcap storytelling, digital shelf — every touchpoint reflects our scientific authority.
→ Website & DTC
Drive the visual experience of our DTC site — product pages, campaign homepages, landing pages, email creative. Creative that serves both beauty and performance.
→ Brand Identity
Protect, evolve, and expand the SickScience visual system across every market, channel, and campaign.
→ Team & Production
Build and manage a lean creative team — freelancers, photographers, videographers, designers. Set the brief culture and quality standards that let us produce at startup speed without sacrificing craft.

YOU ARE
✔️ 3+ years in creative leadership, 3+ years as Creative Director or equivalent
✔️ Deep expertise in prestige beauty, skincare, or wellness
✔️ Fluent in short-form video, e-commerce creative, and retail marketing
✔️ Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; solid in Figma
✔️ Energized by founder-led environments where speed and craft coexist
✔️ Someone who genuinely believes science is beautiful
