Role Responsibilities
- Transcribe Thai video and audio content with accurate timestamps and detailed contextual commentary.
- Describe the emotional tone and intent of speakers, capturing subtle nuances in dialogue.
- Analyze complex grammar structures, usage, and tone within both formal and informal Thai.
- Define conceptual aspects of vocabulary, including word meanings, slang, and idiomatic expressions.
- Annotate data and language resources to support robust AI language model development.
- Craft high-quality written content and linguistic evaluations in both Thai and English.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to ensure linguistic quality and relevancy.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Thai and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong background in linguistics, language studies, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in language data annotation, transcription, or corpus development.
- Ability to analyze and articulate grammatical, tonal, and emotional distinctions in spoken and written language.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for language precision.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
