About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer & AI Agent Specialist to architect, build, and optimize enterprise-grade automation pipelines powered by the Claude AI ecosystem.
In this role, you won't just be building chatbots—you will be engineering autonomous workflows and agentic systems using Claude’s API, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Claude Co-work to seamlessly connect business logic with advanced AI.
Data privacy is a core foundation of our work; you will be responsible for ensuring all integrations adhere to enterprise-level security protocols and zero-data-retention standards.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Automation: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation pipelines connecting internal business systems, databases, and third-party tools.
- Claude AI Integration: Build production-level applications leveraging the Claude API, with a heavy emphasis on native Tool Use (Function Calling) to let Claude interact dynamically with external software.
- Agentic Workflows: Deploy and configure Claude Co-work environments and multi-agent frameworks to execute complex, multi-step desktop and operational tasks.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous enterprise data privacy structures, ensuring all API configurations strictly comply with non-disclosure requirements and zero-model-training data policies.
- Prompt Engineering: Craft and optimize highly structured system prompts (JSON/XML schemas) to ensure deterministic, reliable, and hallucination-free outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Engineering: 4+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Backend Development, or DevOps with strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or integration platforms (Make, Zapier).
- Claude Ecosystem Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience working with Anthropic’s advanced models (Claude 4.6+, Claude Fable 5), Claude Projects, and configuring Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Agentic Frameworks: Proven track record of deploying autonomous agents that use Tool Calling to query external systems. Experience with Claude Co-work is highly preferred.
- Security First Mindset: Strong understanding of LLMOps security, API credential vaulting, data isolation protocols, and guarding against prompt injection.
- Communication: Ability to map out technical workflows clearly and align technical designs with strict business compliance standards.
