Position: Lead Design for Mobile & Web Experiences at SIE

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and UX strategy for mobile/web

• Establish effective interaction models and UI frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams for strategic planning
• Drive high-quality design critiques and reviews
Requirements:
• Degree in Interaction or Product Design
• 5+ years of experience in mobile-focused design
• A portfolio demonstrating interactive and visual design
• Expertise in Figma and design processes
• Strong independent work capabilities in complex scenarios
