Every journey facilitated through our network actively funds our 'Four Pillars of Change' directly in the destinations we support, such as our flagship 'Made From The Mekong' project.

As our Digital Storyteller, your impact is immediate and quantifiable. Your work doesn’t just raise awareness; it generates the sustainable funding that builds schools and funds micro-finance. By crafting compelling and highly engaging social media content, you will directly drive the global reach and engagement that powers our mission.

When you write an aspirational destination guide or create a viral TikTok about a dream honeymoon, you are acting as the funding engine for our global initiatives. The more journeys our community facilitates, the more organizational surplus we legally safeguard via our Asset Lock to fund vocational education, inclusive leadership, and environmental regeneration.

You won't be handed a list of mundane tasks; you will be given a blank canvas to build and execute an enterprise-grade digital strategy directly with the Founder. What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly creative, results-oriented digital storyteller. You must have a proven ability to craft aspirational travel and lifestyle content that inspires action and drives our sustainable funding.

The ideal candidate will possess the following core experience and qualities

  • Digital Content Creation (3+ Years Experience) You must have a strong professional background in digital marketing, social media management, or creative content production. You should be highly proficient in creating visually stunning, short-form content (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Persuasive Lifestyle Copywriting We aren't just posting pretty pictures; we are promoting bespoke luxury, accessible, and adventure holidays. You need a sharp, engaging copywriting style that can craft compelling destination guides, captivating social captions, and highly effective digital website copy.
  • An Aspirational Yet Ethical Mindset You deeply understand the psychology of consumer lifestyle marketing. You know exactly how to showcase the 'dream' of a luxury Maldives honeymoon or a Costa Rican eco-tour. Crucially, you know how to weave our social impact story into this content with dignity and radical transparency, completely avoiding manipulative 'charity-guilt' or corporate greenwashing.
  • Autonomous and Tech-Forward As a fully remote volunteer, you need to be a highly organized self-starter. We work in an agile, innovation-forward startup environment, so you should be completely comfortable collaborating asynchronously and utilizing modern digital tools and AI to help scale your creative output efficiently.
  • Passion for Purpose-Driven Impact You want your creative output to mean something. What will you be doing?

We are a pioneering social enterprise and purpose-driven travel hub. We operate an innovative dual-impact model an Inclusive Empowerment Hub for underrepresented individuals in the UK, and our B2C retail travel agency. 100% of our organisation's retained surplus is legally asset-locked to fund sustainable development in the destinations we support.

Working directly alongside our Founder, we are looking for a creative Digital Storyteller to lead the visual and narrative voice of our flagship tourism initiatives. You will use your creative skills as a funding engine for massive, measurable global good.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Content Creation Designing 2–3 engaging social media posts or short-form videos per week (using Canva, CapCut, etc.) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to showcase our luxury travel experiences.
  • Mission-Driven Copywriting Crafting engaging website content, exciting destination guides, and bespoke impact-led itineraries for our digital platform.
  • Storytelling with Purpose (Our Brand Voice) Translating our complex dual-impact model into narratives that highlight our grassroots projects. We enforce a strict "Anti-Pity" and "Anti-Greenwashing" brand voice—we focus on empowerment, innovation, and respect, rather than charity-guilt.

Who we are looking for We respect that our volunteers are high-level professionals. Therefore, you must have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital content creation, copywriting, or social media management. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-forward environment.

This is a fully remote, asynchronous role. You complete your hours entirely on your own schedule, from anywhere in the UK.
