Job Title: Lead Dispatcher (Remote – LATAM).
Job Type: Full-Time.
Pay: $8.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST | Additional hours available.
Location: Remote (Candidates based in Latin America preferred).

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and dispatch field teams across multiple US service areas.
– Manage daily scheduling and proactively resolve conflicts or delays.
– Serve as the communication hub between clients, technicians, and leadership.
– Maintain accurate and organized records of jobs, dispatches, and updates.
– Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
– Deliver a consistently high level of service to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
– Fluent English — both written and spoken (required, non-negotiable).
– Minimum 2–3 years of dispatching experience supporting a US-based company.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
– Experience in a structured, high-accountability professional environment.
– Proficiency with dispatch, scheduling, or field service management software.
– Bachelor's degree or equivalent college education preferred.
– Experience in the trades industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services) is a plus.
– Fortune 500 or enterprise-level work experience is a strong advantage.
