Job Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Alignment
-Collaborate closely with SDRs and direct sales teams to establish lead scoring and routing mechanisms, track subsequent lead conversion performance, and build a closed-loop data system linking marketing and sales.
Customer Acquisition Strategy Development
-Own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy for the company’s AI Agent products, design and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, and take full accountability for the sales pipeline.
Omnichannel Customer Acquisition Operations
-Plan and run cross-channel marketing initiatives, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, social media advertising on LinkedIn/Twitter, partnerships with vertical tech media, industry newsletter sponsorships, and webinars.
Growth Experimentation & Funnel Optimization
-Adopt a growth-hacking mindset to conduct A/B testing, optimize landing pages, sign-up workflows and email marketing (EDM) strategies, continuously boost conversion rates at all funnel stages and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
MarTech Tool Management
-Proficiently utilize and administer CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), build clear data tracking dashboards, and deliver regular customer acquisition data analysis reports.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in lead generation, growth hacking or digital marketing within B2B SaaS and tech internet industries; prior experience in the AI sector is highly preferred.
- Strong data acumen, proficient in conversion funnel modeling, capable of identifying pain points via data insights and iterating strategies rapidly.
- Deep understanding of AI Agent product logic, able to accurately define buyer personas and craft resonant brand messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Hands-on proficiency with mainstream traffic analytics tools and marketing automation systems.
