Role overview

We are hiring a superstar Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who can identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects into paying clients. You will own the full pipeline — from cold outreach to deal closure — for our mobile, web, and AI service offerings. If you live for the thrill of landing big deals, this role is built for you.

Key responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and build targeted prospect lists across LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms for mobile app, web dev, and AI projectsExecute high-volume, personalized cold outreach via LinkedIn DMs, email campaigns, and direct messagingQualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and hand-hold prospects through the sales funnelLead consultative sales conversations, present our service offerings, and negotiate & close contractsMaintain a clean CRM pipeline with accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion trackingAchieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads generated and deals closedCollaborate with the tech team to craft compelling proposals and project estimates tailored to client needsBuild and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years of proven B2B lead generation and sales experience — ideally in tech services (mobile, web, software, or AI)Demonstrated track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targetsExpert-level LinkedIn outreach skills (Sales Navigator experience is a big plus)Strong command of English — written and verbal — with persuasive communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a hunter mentalityUnderstanding of technology services pricing, scoping, and proposal writingAbility to independently manage the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract

Nice to have

  • Experience selling on Upwork, Clutch, or similar freelance/agency platformsBackground in digital marketing, SaaS, or IT consulting salesNetwork of decision-makers (CTOs, founders, product managers) in target markets
