About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Denave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging potential clients through various outreach channels, understanding their business needs, and recommending tailored ERP solutions. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process, meet revenue targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology sales and eager to develop their careers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably within the ERP, software, or technology sectors. Experience in selling SaaS or enterprise-level solutions is highly desirable. A strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific solutions is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients over digital channels. A proactive mindset, goal-oriented attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in ERP solutions.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Recommend the most appropriate ERP solutions based on their needs.
- Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts, share insights, and drive the sales process forward.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Track sales performance, report on metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer pain points and offer solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager. Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
