We are looking for a driven and resourceful Lead Generator Specialist to join our growing Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients — primarily in healthcare and dental sectors, while also expanding into adjacent industries where LabCast's near-shore services can add significant value.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who combines strong interpersonal outreach skills with modern AI-powered prospecting tools. You don't need a clinical background, but an understanding of healthcare or dental space is a meaningful advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients in target industries (healthcare, dental, customer experience, professional services, technology and others).
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to research leads, personalize messaging, and scale outreach efforts.
  • Create compelling prospect-facing content including LinkedIn posts, social media copy, and targeted email sequences that reflect LabCast's brand and value proposition.
  • Develop and refine email outreach cadences tailored to specific industries and buyer personas (e.g., dental practice owners, healthcare administrators, operations directors).
  • Collaborate with the team to repurpose service offerings and case studies into engaging social content that supports top-of-funnel awareness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (lead status, notes, follow-ups).
  • Research target companies, decision-makers, and industry trends to craft relevant, compelling messaging.
  • Track and report on key metrics: outreach volume, response rates, qualified leads generated.
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar) for prospecting and outreach.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to craft personalized, professional outreach messages that resonate with different audiences
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in or exposure to the healthcare or dental industry (clinical, administrative, or operational).
  • Knowledge of nearshore/BPO services or staffing industry.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms
