The short version

We're an AI-driven recruiting service that matches great companies with great candidates through simple, conversational hiring — no clunky portals, no black-box processes. We're looking for a Lead Recruiter with experience, a strong network, and a preference for part-time, remote work while maintaining ownership of meaningful searches.

What you'll actually do

You'll own searches end to end — not just a slice of the funnel.

  • Run intake like a consultant. Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role requirements, write job descriptions people actually want to read, and choose sourcing strategies that fit the role (not just "post and pray").
  • Source, engage, screen. Find candidates others miss, get them genuinely interested, and run structured, consistent screens that are fair to everyone in the pipeline.
  • Drive decisions with data. Manage interview loops, push for structured feedback, and guide stakeholders toward evidence-based hiring calls — not gut feel.
  • Protect the candidate experience. Timely communication, honest updates, and a process candidates would recommend even if they don't get the offer.
  • Make us smarter. Read the recruitment analytics, spot what's broken, refine the process, and help shape how our AI-enabled workflows evolve. Mentor junior recruiting partners along the way.

You're probably a fit if you have

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles and seniority levels — intake to offer, repeatedly
  • A genuine network in the recruitment community, and experience managing multiple clients you have strong relationships with
  • Sharp sourcing and pipeline management skills, plus a structured interviewing approach grounded in fairness and consistency
  • Fluency with ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and remote collaboration — you can run a fully virtual hiring process without dropping balls
  • The credibility to be a strategic talent advisor: building trust with hiring managers and influencing decisions with data
  • Clear, concise communication — you can represent an opportunity and an employer brand well in writing and on calls
  • The discipline to work independently part-time, juggling multiple searches and prioritizing without someone looking over your shoulder

Bonus points: experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools, HR tech, or fast-moving startup environments.
