Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Directors to refine artistic vision
• Determine resource needs and manage budgets effectively
• Lead creative responses to project feedback
• Direct and supervise various digital effects teams
• Review and approve creative work before Director’s feedback
Requirements:
• At least 6 years in live-action visual effects
• Proven track record in mentoring and leading teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of 2D and 3D technologies
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience with 3ds Max preferred
