The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly driven Legal Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO at the centre of the business.
This is not a traditional assistant role — it is a high-exposure, high-growth position designed for someone who wants to build a career in leadership, strategy, and business operations.
You will gain firsthand experience across executive decision-making, partnerships, legal structuring, and multi-market expansion, while playing a key role in supporting the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
You will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, operating across business, legal, and strategic functions:
Executive & Business Support
Manage complex schedules, priorities, and communications across internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate travel, meetings, and high-level engagements (domestic & international)
Support execution of strategic projects across F&B, distribution, and brand initiatives
Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
Legal & Corporate Governance
Support board meetings, shareholder communications, and AGM preparation
Review contracts, manage documentation, and assist with legal processes
Liaise with external counsel and relevant government authorities when required
Partnerships & Representation
Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and industry stakeholders
Represent the company at events, activations, and market visits
Act as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment and execution
Who You Are
Background in Law with 2–3 years experience in a law firm or corporate legal role
Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Strong interpersonal skills — confident working across teams and with external stakeholders
Fluent in professional communication and business etiquette
Ambitious, with a desire to grow into a leadership role within the company
